Nettle Season is here

Those prickly stinging leaves may appear dangerous, but actually Nettle tea is known to be one of the most beneficial spring time remedies for seasonal allergies. Nettles have been used for hundreds of years to treat painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis, gout, and anemia.
