Empress Roots is a small organic herbal skincare and wellness business. My work is rooted in a deep knowledge of herbs and holistic wellness. I founded Empress Roots with the intention of empowering people to connect with their bodies and nature through clean, effective organic botanicals. My background in traditional healing practices and plant-based formulations gives my products a depth of intention and a level of integrity that’s rare in today’s wellness market. Every product I hand make is infused with the positive healing benefits of reiki energy, as I am also a level II Reiki practitioner.
For years, my main focus is plants, herbs, the earth and wholesome healing foods. I always say “Food is medicine” and by “food” I mean anything you put IN your body or ON your skin. Our skin is our largest breathing organ and we need to be aware of what we are putting on it. For my body, I tend to lean on plant allies…That’s why I lovingly craft these natural organic products, and provide information about the healing energies. I started this company to create products, share information, healing experiences, network, and engage with amazing, interested persons – such as yourself 😉
Currently I have my products for sale on this website and my social media platforms, as well as I vend at local markets. (check Facebook for my event schedule)

and for sale and use in the spa at Ocean Cliff Hotel in Negril, Jamaica.

When I’m not growing, wild-crafting, spreading the word about herbal benefits or formulating new recipes, I’m blessed to raise my beautiful daughter, explore beekeeping and spend time with my partner, travel, and support my friends small business.
